On November 5th, 2007, I filed as a Green Party candidate for Champaign County Board, district 8, as well as for the position of Precinct Committeeman in Cunningham 10.

This places me on the Green primary ballot for the primary election on February 5, 2008. We have a Green primary in Illinois this year because the Green party is now an established political party under Illinois election law, as a result of Rich Whitney's >10% showing for governor in the 2006 general election.

The primary is our opportunity to show support for having a Green choice for County Board in 2008. Take a Green ballot and help overgrow the government!

Enter your name and other information and it will tell you which districts you are registered in. I am running in County Board district 8.
